SASM's outdoor material is modified based on ASA, with its formulationadjusted according to SASM equipment performance to increase printingspeed, enhance color consistency,improve UV resistance, waterproofingflame retardancy, and reduce layer lines.

HOW to Optimize Your Printing

1.Close the chamber door and start printing with the heated chamber enabled.
2.Follow the annealing process steps:
Step 1: Preheat the drying oven to 70°C.
Step 2: Immediately insert the printed part into the acrylic plate after printing completion.
Step 3: Place the PEI plate together with the printed part into the drying oven and bake for 2 hours.
Step 4: Turn off the heating power, allow natural cooling to room temperature, then remove the part.
3.Materials must be dried before printing. Recommended drying conditions: 60°C for ≥8 hours in a drying oven.
