Common problem

What daily maintenance is required for the PRO1 machine?

The PRO1 machine uses a linear motor system, which only needs simple cleaning in daily use and does not require a lot of time for maintenance. For detailed maintenance, please see the support page.

Is the PRO1 machine compatible with other slicing software?

No, because SASM slicing software locks the printing template for the machine and SASM materials, and is not applicable to third-party slicing software.

How much space is needed around the printer?

We recommend leaving 10CM of space around the printer for cooling and ventilation. The right side needs space to open and close the warehouse, and it is recommended to leave 40-50CM.

Do I need to level the hot bed every time I print?

This depends on the actual printing situation of the customer. Our automatic leveling has a switch option in the settings page. To ensure printing quality, we recommend turning on automatic leveling. If you want to save printing time, you can turn off automatic leveling without removing the PEI plate.

Can the printing speed be modified?

It is not recommended to modify it. To ensure your printing quality and success rate, our slicing software locks the printing template. If there are special parameter requirements, please create another printing template.

Can the printer detect material shortage?

Yes, our printer has a material shortage warning. You can continue printing after reloading.

What are the practical applications of 3D printing technology in logo production?

3D printing can be used in logo production to make luminous characters, door plates, special-shaped logos, etc., with very rich applications.

Why is 3D printing the trend in logo making?

No inventory—only engineering plastic filaments needed.

• No painting required. Modified materials (black, white, matte) rival traditional paints.

• Easily replicable via software programming for global standardized production.

• Higher precision: Linear motor-driven, 0.1μm motion accuracy; 0.4 nozzle extrudes 0.2mm filaments, outperforming engraving machines.

• Networkable equipment: Theoretically, one person can operate 100 printers via LAN for 24/7 production.

Why do current 3D-printed logos lack quality vs. traditional ones?

• Wrong equipment: Stepper-motor printers lack precision, no temperature control, glass beds—cause shrinkage/stringing, inconsistent quality.

• Wrong materials: PLA (non-engineering plastic) mislabeled indoor; PETG (UV/yellowing-prone) mislabeled outdoor—unfit.

• Wrong processes: Single-layer walls for cost/ease (multi-layers stress/warp)—poor feel, weak layers, easy breakage, low-end look.

This bias keeps 3D printing niche—yet creates opportunities for visionaries.

What are the advantages of our equipment?

Focused on sign production, centered on SASM, we design for high success rate, repeatable/mass stable production, low maintenance and standardization. Advantages:

Linear motor + guide rail for stable, efficient production.

Closed temperature chamber (up to 60°C) prints ASA, adapting to global environments.

Numerous color templates, one-click access, ensuring cross-cycle color stability.

2D-to-3D software simplifies operation.

Custom large nozzles boost speed and efficiency.

Retention: Linear motors last 10 years (only wear parts replaced), with high value retention. Stepper motor + belt drive loosens in 6 months (harming quality); pro production gear retains value well long-term.

What identification processes are integrated into your company's 2D-to-3D software?

We have integrated both indoor and outdoor processes, which are respectively borderless letters, mini letters, outdoor edge-wrapped letters, and split letters (ensuring the installation of lights). The software also has functions of rib connecting and hole punching. I believe it can handle 80% of the actual production of identification processes. The remaining processes can be completed through manual modeling, and if the customers are unable to do it, we can model on their behalf. We have tested many printing templates for these standard processes, which can fully ensure the printing success rate.
